Ingredients - One Level scoop (10g) provides:

Peptan™ B Hydrolized Collagen Peptides, Guar Gum, Stevia and Flavour

Directions:

Add one scoop (10g) to a small amount of luke-warm water and stir until fully dissolved. Add 150ml 250ml cold water or juice. Consume the full amount and do not leave supplement to stand. Maintenance Dose:  Take 10g per day in a little water or juice.Therapeutic Dose:  Take 10g twice per day, morning and evening.
