Ocimum sanctum, also known as Holy basil or Tulsi, is an aromatic plant native to India and Southeast Asia. Tulsi is used as a traditional medicine and may aid digestion, stimulate appetite, increase energy, increase resistance to stress (e.g. in case of mental and physical fatigue related to stress) and act as a source of antioxidants. In Sfera products a high quality Ocimum sanctum methanol leaf extract, providing Ursolic acid contents of 2 – 3%, is used. 

Ingredients

One vegetarian capsule provides:

 

Ocimum sanctum (Tulsi / Holy Basil)
[leaves, extract standardised for a minimum of 2% ursolic acid]
500 mg
Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule, natural flow agent and microcrystalline cellulose.

 

 

Directions

Take two (2) capsules per day after a meal, or as directed by your health care provider.

      • If you have diabetes.
      • If you are taking any heart or blood pressure medication. 

      Other medicines and Sfera Tulsi:

      Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking heart or blood pressure medication.

      • Always tell your health care provider if you are taking any other medicine. (This includes all complementary or traditional medicines.)
