How it works
Digestive enzyme blend - Digestive enzymes are protein-based substances that help aid in digestion. Digestive enzymes break down food by breaking apart the bonds that hold food nutrients tgether. When food is broken down and digested properly, the body can fully utilise and absorb the nutrients for maximum nutrient intake and energy. If we don't have enough digestive enzymes, we can't break down our food-which means even though we're eating well, we aren't absorbing all that good nutrition. Taking enzymes with meals helps to ensure optimal breakdown and maximum nutrient intake from our food. Enzymes are very important because, in addition to helping with digestion, they help strengthen and promote the healthy function of our body tissues.
